Ingredients
- 3 King prawns, stripped of their shell and intestines
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 50 g Lamb's lettuce
- 1 Boiled beetroot
- 2 Garlic cloves pressed
- 2 tsp Chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar dark
- 1 tbsp Balsamic white
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Place the king prawns in chili sauce and let them steep for about 1 hour while turning. In the meantime, dice the beetroot and place in a bowl with the tomatoes. Clean the lamb's lettuce. Mix the two types of balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper to make a dressing. Mix the lamb's lettuce into the tomatoes and beets, pour the dressing over them and mix in the almonds.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, drain the shrimp a little and cook briefly in the oil. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the garlic and marinade. Now arrange everything together on the salad.
