King Prawns on Winter Salad with Almonds

The perfect king prawns on winter salad with almonds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece King prawns, stripped of their shell and intestines
  • 2 piece Tomatoes, diced
  • 50 gr Lamb’S lettuce
  • 1 piece Boiled beetroot
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves pressed
  • 2 tsp Chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic white
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Place the king prawns in chili sauce and let them steep for about 1 hour while turning. In the meantime, dice the beetroot and place in a bowl with the tomatoes. Clean the lamb’s lettuce. Mix the two types of balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper to make a dressing. Mix the lamb’s lettuce into the tomatoes and beets, pour the dressing over them and mix in the almonds.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, drain the shrimp a little and cook briefly in the oil. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the garlic and marinade. Now arrange everything together on the salad.
