Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • Salt or fried potato seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

in the oven from jacket potatoes

Boil the potatoes the day before (jacket potatoes). Peel the potatoes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, slice the peeled potatoes, and place them on the paper. Sprinkle with seasoning. Bake in a convection oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Check occasionally; every oven is different!
