Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg beans, yellow
  • savory
  • 1 shallot(s) or onion, diced
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

simple and delicious

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Wash, trim, and break the beans into small pieces. Cook them in the salted water with the savory for about 20 minutes. Then remove from the water, rinse with ice water, and let drain. In a bowl, add the finely chopped shallots (diced onions), oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and chives. Mix everything well and stir in the beans. Let stand for at least 2 hours.
