  • Pepper, freshly ground black
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, cold pressed
  • 2 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chives or basil

Instructions

Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and arrange them sliced ​​on a large plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and garlic and dice them very finely, then scatter them over the tomatoes.
