Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large tomatoes
- ½ tsp salt
- Pepper, freshly ground black
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil, cold pressed
- 2 tbsp herb vinegar
- 2 tbsp chives or basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and arrange them sliced on a large plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and garlic and dice them very finely, then scatter them over the tomatoes. Mix the oil and vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes and let it marinate. Finally, sprinkle with chives or finely chopped basil leaves.
