Christmas appetizer

You will need cookie cutters: Christmas tree, star, and snowman. Allow the gelatin to swell according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Briefly boil the peas with a little water and the vegetable stock, then puree. Add half of the gelatin to the pea puree, transfer the puree to a shallow dish previously rinsed with cold water, and refrigerate. Once it has set, cut out small Christmas trees and carefully remove them. At the same time, mix the tomato juice with the vegetable stock and the other half of the gelatin, transfer to a shallow dish previously rinsed with cold water, and refrigerate. Once it has set, cut out small stars and carefully remove them. Leftovers can be gently warmed and then refrigerated in a dish previously rinsed with cold water to set. Toast the slices of bread and cut out snowmen. Arrange a Christmas tree, a star, a snowman, and a mini mozzarella ball on each plate and decorate for Christmas.
