Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicory
- 2 oranges (navelinas)
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 4 tbsp cream
- lemon juice

not for those who hate raisins
Quarter the chicory, remove the bitter stalk, and cut into strips. Drizzle with lemon juice. Squeeze the juice from half an orange and set aside. Peel the remaining oranges, divide them, and cut them into pieces (fillet them if you like). Add the raisins, walnuts, orange juice, and cream, and mix everything together. This salad isn’t for those who don’t like raisins, as the sweetness comes from the raisins.
