Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 ml nettle tea
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp, saturates xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 1 tbsp oat flakes, possibly gluten-free
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 2 tsp amaranth poppies
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
plenty of vitamin C, vegan, sugar- and gluten-free
Boil the nettle tea and let it cool. Then stir in the chia seeds, lemon, and sugar. Let it stand for at least 10 minutes, then add the oats and amaranth and stir. In the meantime, peel the kiwi, cut it into small pieces, and stir it in. Let it stand for another 5 minutes. This can also be prepared the night before. Variation: Use lemon balm tea instead of nettle tea.
