Chia pudding nut muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml chamomile tea
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ tsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, possibly gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp, heaped raisins or other dried fruit
  • 2 tbsp mixed nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans or almonds)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil the tea and let it cool. Then stir in the chia seeds and sugar. Let it stand for 10 minutes, then add the oats and stir, letting it rest a little longer if necessary. In the meantime, chop the nuts and almonds into small pieces and stir in along with the dried fruit.
