Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Bring water to a boil, add rice, and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, trim and wash the bell peppers and finely dice them. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the bell peppers for 3-5 minutes. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drain the cooked rice, toss with the bell peppers, and season to taste. Delicious with meat dishes.
