Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (fusilli)
- gr. can/n peas
- 600 g whipped cream
- 350 g bratwurst, fresh, uncooked
- e.g. curry powder
- n. B. ginger powder
- some vegetable oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Squeeze out the sausage meat and form the meatballs into small balls. Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add the formed balls to the pan and fry on all sides, stirring constantly until cooked through. Add the cream to the meatballs. Add the can of peas and their juices. Heat everything briefly. Then season with curry powder and ginger powder to taste. Arrange on plates and serve hot.
