Lemon Frozen Yogurt – Ice Cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g yogurt, Greek
  • 300 g sugar
  • 4 lemon(s), the juice, of one also the grated peel
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and pour into an ice cream maker. Then, cover and freeze in a plastic container for at least 10 hours before serving. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, freeze the ice cream in a plastic container for 3 hours. Then, churn the semi-frozen ice cream. Repeat this process about 4-6 times to make the ice cream creamy. Tip: Serve with marinated berries.
