Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 150 ml egg liqueur
  • 300 ml cream
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 1 orange(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and pale. Add the egg liqueur and beat in. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold into the mixture. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. Pour into small molds and freeze for at least 6 hours. Meanwhile, hull and chop the strawberries, then marinate them in the orange juice. Briefly dip the molds in hot water and arrange on a plate. Serve with the marinated strawberries.
