Tarte flambée with peach and goat cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 200 g goat’s cheese
  • 2 large peaches
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 tsp honey
  • rosemary
  • Thyme
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the dough, knead the flour, water, oil, and salt into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough thinly on a greased baking sheet. Halve the onion and slice into thin rings. Halve the peaches, remove the stones, and also cut into thin slices. Spread the goat’s cheese evenly over the dough and season lightly with pepper and salt. Then top the cream cheese with the onions and peaches. Finally, sprinkle with thyme and rosemary and spread a thin layer of honey over the tarte flambée. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes on the middle rack.
