Baked Camembert on pear

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 80 g Camembert(s)
  • some rosemary needles
  • some walnuts
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the pear lengthwise into approximately 1 cm thick slices, remove the core, and place the slices in a shallow ovenproof dish. Cut the Camembert into 0.5 cm thick slices and arrange evenly on top of the pear slices. Sprinkle the rosemary sprigs and walnut pieces on the Camembert and drizzle with honey. Bake on the middle rack for about 8 minutes. Serve as an appetizer or as a side dish for salads.
