Tomato, mozzarella and arugula salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 40 g arugula
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp carbonated mineral water
  • 1 tbsp spice(s) (salad seasoning)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, cut the mozzarella balls and tomatoes into small cubes. Wash the arugula and chop it as well. Then, in a bowl, combine oil with salad seasoning (or other seasonings if you like) and add the sparkling water. Mix with the tomatoes, arugula, and mozzarella. It also works well as a topping for baguette slices.
