Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 25 g yeast, fresh
- 250 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g sugar
- 70 g fat
- 1 egg(s), beaten for brushing the rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the ingredients into a dough. Form the dough into a log. Cut into 2-3 cm wide slices, roll the slices into balls, place on a greased baking board, brush with beaten egg, and let rise until doubled in size. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at a preheated oven of 200°C.
