Vanilla quark chocolate pudding, lactose-free possible, light, vegetarian

Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions using the almond milk or milk and remove from the heat. Pour half of the pudding into a separate bowl. Mix the other half thoroughly with the low-fat quark. It’s best to use a hand mixer. If you like even more vanilla flavor, you can add a little ground vanilla. Mix the pudding in the bowl with the cocoa powder. Divide the vanilla quark and chocolate pudding between two bowls and layer them. Then, using a long skewer, create spirals or patterns. Refrigerate for about two hours. Cut the mango slices into pieces. Arrange the pudding decoratively with them and serve.
