  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 500 g apples
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup sour cream

Wash and pit the apricots, boil them in 1/2 liter of water until soft, and puree. Add 3/4 liter of hot water, the sugar, and the sliced ​​apples to the apricot puree, and bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with a little hot water to thicken the soup. The soup tastes best when cooled and served with sour cream.
