Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • 500 g chicken fillet tips
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 175 g cream cheese, 5% fat absolute
  • 1 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 tsp, heaped spice mix (chicken seasoning)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 bay leaves
  • garlic powder
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Oil, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

simple, cheap, low in calories and extremely tasty!

Place the chicken fillet tips in a bowl and add soy sauce. The meat should be well coated, but not pooling. Add the chicken seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika and mix well. Cover and let marinate. Trim the savoy cabbage and cut into coarse strips. Roughly chop the onion. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the savoy cabbage, onion, and bay leaves, and simmer for about 30 minutes. Drain in a sieve and discard the bay leaves. Place the savoy cabbage in a pot, add the cream cheese and granulated vegetable stock, heat gently while stirring, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a pan and fry the chicken fillet tips for about 10 minutes. Arrange a bed of savoy cabbage on a plate and drape the meat on top. Tips: In my opinion, side dishes are absolutely unnecessary, but boiled potatoes or simply some good rye bread go very well with it. A fried egg on top is also a great extra.
