With spicy minced meat, BBQ sauce and cheese

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil until crumbly. Add the BBQ sauce, tomato paste, and mustard, stir, and let cool. Remove the yeast dough from the packaging and roll out the individual portions into circles on a work surface dusted with semolina. Grease a muffin tray, sprinkle with semolina, and press the dough circles into the holes. Fill with the minced meat mixture and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Quarter the cheese slices, place them on the muffins, and return everything to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Then let cool briefly and top with as desired, e.g., lettuce, tomato, and pickle.
