- 900 g strawberries
- 12 cookie(s) (ginger shortbread cookies)
- 400 g cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 400 g low-fat curd cheese

With ginger shortbread cookies
Mix the low-fat quark with the powdered sugar and fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Set aside a handful of strawberries and dice the remaining ones. In an oblong loaf pan, stack a layer of cookies (4 pieces), a layer of quark mixture, and a layer of strawberries. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used up. Make sure to finish with a layer of cream. Slice the reserved strawberries crosswise and use them to decorate the top layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
