Strawberry-Banana-Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 150 g strawberries
  • some strawberries for the sauce
  • some sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • Desiccated coconut if required

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the banana and cut into small pieces. Immediately pour over the squeezed lemon juice. Wash and quarter the strawberries, and add them to the bananas. Mix everything together, season with sugar, and let it sit for a while. Place a lettuce leaf on a plate for each person and spread the strawberry-banana mixture on it. Finally, puree some strawberries into a sauce and pour over the salad. If desired, you can also sprinkle desiccated coconut over the salad.
