Pasta with strawberries

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Wash the strawberries and cut into bite-sized pieces (quarter). Mix the sour cream with sugar, if desired. Drain the pasta through a sieve and divide it among plates. Arrange the strawberries evenly over the pasta and top each serving with about 1/3 of the sweetened sour cream. Especially delicious during strawberry season.
