Apple and carrot salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • some glucose

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the carrots and apple, then quarter the apple. Coarsely grate both and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with a squeeze of lemon juice and season with glucose. Mix well and let stand briefly.
