Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 650 g pork fillet(s)
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 12 slice(s) bacon (breakfast bacon)
- ½ tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp cognac
- 100 ml cream (whipped until stiff)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the pork fillet into approximately 3-4 even medallions (depending on the size of the fillet). Season the medallions on both sides with paprika, salt, and pepper. Wrap the medallions in bacon and place in a prepared gratin dish. Roast for approximately 25 minutes in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C (425°F). Mix the ketchup, cream, cognac, and a little pepper and spread over the meat. Serve immediately.
