Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 275 ml water
- 75 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g flour (whole wheat)
- 200 g flour (wheat, type 550)
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 170 g sheep’s cheese, finely diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
for the bread maker
First, add water, olive oil, and salt to the bread maker, then add the whole wheat flour, wheat flour, yeast, sugar, and feta cheese. Set the bread maker to the “Normal” setting, bread size approximately 1000 g, and browning level to “Medium.” Instead of feta cheese, you can also use mozzarella.
