Cheeseburgers, savory muffins, party and buffet snacks

1. Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Fry the minced meat and onions in heated oil for about 5 minutes, mix with the mustard and ketchup, season with salt and pepper, and let cool. 2. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, roughly chop the cucumbers. Unroll the pizza dough and cut into 12 rectangles (approx. 9 x 9 cm). Spread the minced meat mixture, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers in the center of the dough pieces and fold the dough over the filling. Press the edges of the dough together firmly so that no gaps remain and place them, sealed side down, in the greased muffin tin. 3. Brush the muffins with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan-assisted oven) for about 35 minutes. Let the cheeseburger muffins cool slightly, remove from the tin, and serve lukewarm, with burger sauce and ketchup, if desired. Per piece: kJ/kcal: 917/220 EW: 10.9 g F: 12.0 g KH: 16.8 g BE: 1.5
