Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 200 ml cream
- possibly milk
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wash the leek and cut it into rings. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the leek for a few minutes. Add the cream. Let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes, thinning with a little milk if necessary. Season with salt and pepper. Tastes great with meatballs and boiled potatoes.
