Ingredients for one plate
1. Large components go on the board first We start with the largest components, namely the cheese: here you should use at least 3 different types. We chose blue cheese, Brie, Gouda, Cheddar, mountain cheese and cream cheese and cut each type a little so that you want to dig in straight away. 2. Bowls create structure To give the board some visual structure, you can place smaller bowls with olives, cheese crackers or jam on it. 3. Arrange meat and sausage products beautifully When it comes to meat, we also recommend using at least 2-3 different types of sausage and ham. A little tip: to make the ham or salami slices appear a little more voluminous, we folded them slightly and placed them around the cheese. 4. Don’t forget filling side dishes In addition to the cheese crackers, you can add other types to the board as you please, e.g. cheese sticks, baguette or farmer’s bread. 5. Fill in the remaining gaps. Now we need a few splashes of color: simply fill the gaps with grapes, cherry tomatoes, pistachios, and almonds, and our cheese and charcuterie board is ready to serve. Enjoy!
