Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 4 spring onions
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. garlic powder

without mayonnaise, delicious with boiled potatoes or on bread

Chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces. Clean, wash, and slice the spring onions. Mix the eggs and spring onions with the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. It’s very light and goes well with boiled potatoes, salad, baguettes, and simply on bread. We also love it with grilled meat.
