Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 30 g pretzel rolls from the previous day
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 2 slice(s) tomato(s), dried
  • 1 tsp marjoram, fresh
  • 1 tsp thyme, fresh
  • 1 tbsp parsley, fresh
  • 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder
  • some cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Slice and dice the pretzel roll. Finely dice the onion, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Chop the herbs and mix everything together in a bowl. Form four equal-sized meatballs and let them rest for about 10 minutes. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
