Fajita marinade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ cup(s) oil
  • ¼ cup(s) vinegar
  • ¼ cup(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup(s) water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tbsp lime juice, fresh
  • ½ tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients. One cup equals 250 ml. Marinate the meat (500 g steak or chicken fillet cut into strips) for the fajitas for at least 3-4 hours – but overnight is best. For the fajitas, brown everything thoroughly with one large onion (rings!) and one green bell pepper (strips!!).
