Breakfast porridge in the Thermomix with fruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 35 g oat flakes
  • 180 ml water
  • 1 date(s), dried or 1 tsp. syrup
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 apple (preferably Fuji or Gala Royal)
  • 7 hazelnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Combine the oats and 180 ml of warm water in the Thermomix and simmer for 6 minutes at 100°C on speed 4. Then add the dates and 1 teaspoon of syrup or similar sweetener through the opening and stir for 5 seconds on speed 8. While the porridge is simmering, I peel and segment the orange, chop the apple, and add the hazelnuts. Then I pour the oatmeal over the mixture.
