Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- some carbonated mineral water
- Honey or Stevia
- 3 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
- 1 fruit e.g. banana
- 25 g trail mix or homemade from nuts and dried fruits
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
without sugar, with honey
Place the low-fat quark (preferably organic) in a slightly larger bowl and stir in honey or stevia. If the quark is still very solid, add a little water and mix, preferably with a fork, until creamy. Then add the oatmeal, fruit, and trail mix and stir in. If the muesli is still very dry, stir in a little more water. You can also easily make the trail mix yourself, using nuts and unsweetened dried fruit of your choice.
