Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Vinegar-oil dough

Quickly mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased fruit base dish and bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
