Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

without mayonnaise

Let the eggs cool, peel them, and then slice them with an egg slicer. Combine the eggs with cottage cheese, sour cream, and mustard. Finely chop the parsley and mix in. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
