Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g Tilsiter, medium-hot
- 3 small onions or shallots
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 3 tbsp oil, neutral
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 bunch of chives
- pepper
- Sugar
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the Tilsiter into thin strips. Dice the onions. Combine the mustard with the oil and vinegar, then mix with the cheese and onions. Finely chop the chives and fold them in. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Let the salad stand for 10 minutes.
