Fennel salad with Parmesan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bulbs of fennel
  • 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 100 g Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the fennel and remove the stalk. Cut into thin slices and place in a salad bowl. Drizzle with good olive oil and season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper. Finally, generously grate a chunk of Parmesan cheese over the top. It’s quick and delicious, especially if the ingredients are fresh (especially if you don’t use packaged Parmesan!). Perfect as an appetizer, with fish, or just as a snack.
