Iceberg lettuce with sour cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Lemon juice, dashes
  • Sweetener (diet), dashes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce and cut it into bite-sized pieces, stir in the sour cream, and season with a few squeezes each of lemon juice and the liquid sweetener. The salad’s sweet taste is always a nice counterbalance to the often fatty and spicy food, and it’s also refreshing.
