Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g marinated turkey breast
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 350 g mushrooms, white or brown
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 6 cubes of feta cheese, marinated in olive oil
- olive oil
- Chicken seasoning
- salt and pepper
- Spice mix (steak pepper)
- e.g. chili flakes

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
Low carb with fine components
Preheat the pan and sauté the diced onion in olive oil. Shred the turkey breast and add it to the pan. Don’t let the shreds brown, or they’ll end up too dry. Slice the zucchini and continue to fry with the turkey and onion. Then add the mushrooms. Add about 6-8 cubes of the pickled feta cheese. Stir occasionally until the feta cheese has melted. Finally, season to taste. I added some mozzarella to the plate.
