Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 200 ml coconut milk or cream
- n. B. Oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic. Sauté in a pan with a little oil. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces and add them to the onions, frying until cooked through. Deseed and chop the bell peppers, and add them to the meat. Add the curry powder and fry briefly. Now add the coconut milk and season with salt and pepper.
