Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup fine oat flakes, approx. 150 g
- 1 cup plant-based drink, e.g. soy or oat drink, approx. 125 – 150 ml
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 tbsp cocoa nibs
- 1 tbsp chia seeds

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients, ideally in a blender. Microwave the batter for 1 minute at 600W to help the oats swell. Place 4-5 small mounds in a hot nonstick pan and fry in neutral oil or margarine at medium heat. Turn after 5-7 minutes and fry for 5-7 minutes on the other side. Garnish with fruit, syrup, nuts, etc.
