spicy with cheese from Switzerland

Grease a casserole dish with a little butter. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. When the minced meat is lightly browned, add the diced onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté everything for a few minutes. Add the tomato paste and stir in. Season generously with paprika, salt, and pepper and fry briefly. Deglaze with the red wine and bring to a boil briefly. Add the diced tomatoes, bring back to a boil briefly, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Now add the fresh herbs. While the meat sauce is simmering, melt the butter in a small saucepan and briefly sauté the cornstarch in it. Stir in the milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Once the milk starts to bubble, add 200g of the grated cheese. Stir in, let it melt, and the cheese sauce is ready. Line the bottom of the baking dish with a layer of lasagna sheets. Spread half of the meat sauce on top. Drizzle with a third of the cheese sauce. Place the next layer of lasagna sheets on top. Spread the remaining meat sauce on top, followed by the second third of the cheese sauce. Place more lasagna sheets on top and pour the remaining cheese sauce over them. Sprinkle the remaining 50g of cheese on top. Place the lasagna in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. If you have big eaters in the family, this amount is for 4 people. Serve with a nice leaf salad. Enjoy!
