Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chickpeas
  • n. B. Oil
  • ½ bunch of basil, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • cumin
  • spice(s) as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soak the chickpeas (if purchased dried) for 12 hours and then cook until tender. Alternatively, use canned chickpeas. Place the chickpeas, basil, and oil (if desired) in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender until thick. Then add salt, pepper, and optionally other spices.
