Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 50 g butter, liquid
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites, beaten
  • 30 g raisins
  • some salt
  • 40 g butter
  • vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the flour, salt, sugar, egg yolks, and milk into a smooth, thick batter. Then stir in the melted butter and fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Heat the butter in a pan, add the batter, and sprinkle with raisins. Cook until golden brown, then flip and finish cooking on the other side. Tear into small pieces with a fork and knife and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. I recommend serving with plum compote or apple compote.
