Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 bananas, overripe
- 400 g flour
- Water, warm
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- some salt
- some nutmeg
- oil
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mash the bananas, add the flour, and mix with warm water to form a smooth but firm dough. Then add the sugar. Stir in the salt and nutmeg. Fry in a pan with oil until small cakes form, about 2 minutes per side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.
