Western Salad

The perfect western salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dressing

  • 100 g Sieved tomatos
  • 100 g White wine vinegar
  • 50 g Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcester sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Cayenne powder

salad

  • 250 g Canned white beans
  • 240 g Canned kidney beans
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Green pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients for the dressing together. Season to taste with salt and pepper, a little cayenne powder as desired.
  2. Peel and chop the carrot and onion, also chop the bell pepper. Put the ingredients for the salad in a bowl, pour the dressing over them and mix them without crushing the beans. Let something steep before eating.
