Pork fillet in cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s) (approx. 800 g)
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 ml cream
  • 200 g cream cheese (natural or herb)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the fillet into 8 pieces, season with salt and pepper, and fry in oil. Then remove from the pan and wrap each slice in bacon. Trim the spring onions and zucchini and cut into thin rings or slices. If the zucchini is too large, cut the slices in half. Sauté in the fat. Place the zucchini and spring onions in a baking dish and place the fillet on top. Heat the cheese and cream, season, and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
