Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 small onion(s)
- 100 g bacon
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Combine the eggs with the cream and Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Dice the onion and bacon and fry. Cut the zucchini into sticks and cook for just a few minutes; they should still be nice and crisp. Mix the onion, bacon, and zucchini mixture into the cooked spaghetti. Pour the cream, egg, and Parmesan mixture over the top, mix well, and serve immediately. Add fresh herbs to taste.
