Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 300 g pasta, small ones, such as E.g. Ditali or Mini Penne
  • 3 slices of Parma ham
  • ½ liter broth
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pasta with potatoes

Sauté the onions and ham in olive oil. Add the diced potatoes and fry for about 5 minutes. Pour in some of the broth, just enough to cover the potatoes. Bring the broth to a boil, then add the pasta. Pour in the broth and cook until the pasta is tender. Depending on your taste, you can thin it out with broth or cook it dry. Season with salt and pepper and serve with Parmesan cheese.
